03 Google OAuth & Gmail Integration

StormDataPro offers an optional Gmail integration that allows you to send estimates, supplements, and invoices directly from your Gmail inbox. This integration uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization framework.

What We Access

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant StormDataPro permission to:

  • Read your Gmail email address and basic profile information to identify your account
  • Send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account (specifically, estimates, supplements, invoices, and related documents you initiate from within StormDataPro)

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not read, scan, index, or store the contents of your Gmail inbox
  • We do not access emails you did not send through StormDataPro
  • We do not use your Gmail data for advertising or to build advertising profiles
  • We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties except as necessary to send the email you initiated (e.g., the email delivery infrastructure)
  • We do not use your Gmail data for any purpose other than sending the emails you explicitly initiate within the Service

How We Store Gmail Tokens

We store your OAuth access token and refresh token securely in our database, encrypted at rest. These tokens are used solely to authenticate outgoing emails you initiate. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting Gmail in Settings → My Account → Email Integration, or by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

Google API Services User Data Policy StormDataPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data for the specific purpose described above — sending emails you initiate.

04 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with industry-standard third-party vendors to operate the Service, including payment processing, cloud infrastructure, database hosting, and transactional email delivery. These vendors are bound by data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.

Within Your Shop Account

Information you enter into StormDataPro is visible to other Authorized Users within your shop account, according to their assigned role and permissions. Shop owners and admins control which team members have access to which data.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information to governmental agencies, law enforcement, or other parties when:

  • Required or permitted by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Necessary to investigate fraud that has already occurred
  • Required to protect the rights, property, or safety of StormDataPro, our users, or the public

Information shared for fraud prevention or legal compliance is not provided to third parties for marketing purposes.

Business Transfers

If StormDataPro or Transcendent Paintless Dent Removal, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service prior to your information being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

SMS and Mobile Data

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

05 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

StormDataPro uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, recognize returning users, and understand how the Service is used. Below is a description of the cookies we use.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when cookies are set. Note that disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core features of the Service.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

06 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in an enterprise-grade database infrastructure with row-level security controls — each shop's data is completely isolated from every other shop on the platform. Even team members who work across multiple shops only see data for the shop they are currently authorized to access.

Files, photos, documents, and signatures are stored in private cloud storage. Access to stored files requires time-limited, signed URLs that expire automatically — files cannot be accessed by guessing a URL.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel who have agreed to confidentiality obligations.

All emails and communications from this Service allow you to opt out of further non-essential mailings. To opt out, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us at privacy@stormdatapro.com.

Security incident notification In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.

07 Data Retention

We retain your personal information and shop data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your data remains accessible in the Service for 90 days following the cancellation date
  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems
  • You may request a data export at any time while your account is active by contacting support@stormdatapro.com
  • Some information may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes)

Anonymized, aggregated data derived from your usage (which cannot identify you or your shop) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.

08 SMS & Mobile Communications

StormDataPro may send transactional SMS messages related to your account, such as security alerts or service notifications, to the phone number you provide. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message we send, or contact us at support@stormdatapro.com. Message and data rates may apply.

For automated calls and texts, please review the TCPA/FTSA consent provisions in our Terms of Service.
