Getting Started
StormDataPro is a complete shop management platform built specifically for hail repair and PDR businesses. It handles your entire operation — customer intake, estimates, supplements, pipeline tracking, team management, invoicing, photo management, and document storage — in one system that works on any device.
No installation required. StormDataPro runs directly in your browser. On mobile, you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience — it looks and feels like a native app without going through any app store. Works on iOS, Android, and any desktop browser.
Most shops are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Create your account, enter your shop info, connect your email (optional), and invite your team. Your first estimate can be created within minutes of signing up.
Pricing & Billing
The Shop Plan ($129/mo) covers the shop owner's account and the full platform — unlimited estimates, supplements, invoices, car files, photos, pipeline boards, client management, team management, Gmail email integration, Authorization to Repair e-signature, and real-time cross-device sync. Each additional team member (tech, estimator, admin, etc.) is $29/mo per seat, billed to the shop or the member.
The Member Plan ($29/mo per seat) allows a tech, estimator, or staff member to work inside any shop that invites them. One membership covers access to every shop you're invited to — you're never billed extra for working across multiple shops.
When a shop owner sends an invite, they choose: Shop Pays ($29/mo added to the shop's bill per seat) or Member Pays (the tech subscribes independently for $29/mo). If the invited person already has an active subscription, no additional charge applies.
Yes — all plans include a 7-day free trial with full access. After your 7-day trial, if you don't subscribe your account is paused and your data stays safe.
Absolutely. Cancel at any time from your billing portal with no cancellation fees or penalties. Your subscription continues through the end of the current billing period and then stops. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
Features
Yes. StormDataPro caches your shop data locally so you can view and update records even without an internet connection. Any changes you make offline are queued and automatically synced to the cloud when you reconnect — nothing is lost. This is especially useful at job sites with poor signal.
Connect your Gmail account in Settings > My Account. Once connected, estimates, supplements, and invoices are sent directly from your inbox — with the PDF and selected photos attached. The email comes from you, not a generic system address. Replies from adjusters and customers come straight back to your inbox.
Every vehicle that comes through your shop gets a unique job number (e.g. JOH-847 — from the customer's last name and last 3 of the VIN). The Car File ties together everything for that vehicle: estimates, supplements, invoices, damage photos, after photos, insurance docs, parts invoices, payment proof, and the signed Authorization to Repair. Search any vehicle by name, VIN, claim number, or job number from the Documents page.
Yes. A tech with a Member Plan can be invited into multiple shops. They switch between shops using the My Shops switcher in Settings. Their role and access in each shop is set independently by that shop's owner. One $29/mo membership covers all shops — no extra charges per shop.
There's no limit on team size. Each member beyond the owner is $29/mo per seat — billed to the shop or the member. Manage your team from the Team page — invite, assign roles, and remove members anytime. Removing a member stops the billing for that seat.
Security & Data
Yes. All data is stored in an enterprise-grade database with row-level security — each shop's data is completely isolated from every other shop. Files and photos are stored in private cloud storage with access URLs that expire automatically. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Absolutely not. Our data isolation model ensures your shop's data is completely invisible to other shops. Even if two shops share a team member, that member only sees the data for the shop they're currently working under.
After cancellation your account is paused and your data remains accessible for 90 days. During that window you can export your data or reactivate at any time. After 90 days data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting key data before cancelling if you don't plan to return.
